Arno ties into a vast commercial corporate background with Unilever, AkzoNobel, Korn Ferry International and Axialent in EU, US, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. A desire to contribute to a better world and help leaders build meaningful, sustainably productive and healthy organizations in service of the common good, has shaped Arno’s advisory skills since 2006. He has a global outlook and having worked in over 24 countries, lived in 7, he understands how to build global mindsets to perform locally.

With breakthrough-focused methods clients are enabled to realize their purpose and values in an ever-changing global climate. Arno thrives when applying a direct, humorous compassionate, containing, and firm style, that seeks to create a comfort zone around what typically remains hidden and unspoken.

Arno earned Masters in International Business of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and in Management and Cultures of Latin America of the University of Leiden, both in The Netherlands.

“I´m passionate about serving organizations and their leaders to generate new ways of working that lead to a new kind of results. Many organizations have been failing in what they were set out to do: to generate returns on capital for its investors. And, in more modern times, for its stakeholders as well.

In current times of chaos and crisis, of unpredictability, of increasing complexity and uncertainty and with inevitable storms ahead, our mind-sets and ways of working have become obsolete and fragmented and have led us to stagnation. We are called for an awakening of a natural state of constant adjustment, creativity, collaborative awareness and responsiveness capacity building. Deeper inner transformation is therefore needed to equip leaders with new paradigms in order to create a world in which organizations can infinitely thrive and rebalance future wealth, wellbeing and wellness. To get there, the new way out, is in first, while holding the accountability-mirror with radical self-honesty.”
