Building an integrated team
Integrating key leaders is critical to success, and it takes time. Arcadia Group’s Quickstart and Teamstart programs help new leaders get integrated into their team(s) quicker than the normal, organic process. Evidence demonstrates that these programs reduce the time it takes a new leader and team to start operating effectively together by 3-6 months.
Quickstart is a one day program supplemented beforehand with 1:1 interviews. These interviews gather the hopes, concerns, issues, and opportunities for the new team. They also identify themes, gain confirmation of those themes, and then share them with the new leader. The new leader responds to these items and shares them with the team in an interactive plenary session.
Teamstart is a single-day program that takes teams to the next level by identifying and removing barriers to performance and replacing them with effective strategies. Teamstart is essential when key team members have been replaced, or when the team needs to transform itself and its work product.
